After 2 years of tirelessly looking for a family home and with much disappointment throughout this search, we engaged Michael and Carli with our specific brief. We are so happy to say that within a week of signing up with One Buyers agent we purchased our dream home! We would have never had access to this opportunity had it not been for Michael’s tireless work, and through the connections at One Buyers Agent we were able to purchase it off market. When we were choosing an agent, we saw that they were rated as the best in the Eastern suburbs, as they successfully helped us purchase our home that we realized just how true that was. Their level of dedication and efficiency far exceeded our expectations. Carli, Clare, and Michael are the best and make the perfect team. I decided to use a a buyers agent after many months of trying to do it my way (alone). I had a few good options but I decided on Carli and One Buyer because of great feedback from various agents and hearing that Carli was a very good and tough negotiator. Even after the initial meeting I wasn’t certain that I was doing the right thing but there was a passion and genuineness that made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that was one great decision I made. The team of Carli, Michael, Jono and Romy (in no particular order) was a pleasure to work with and nothing was ever an issue including time of day (Many discussions and responses were had well into evenings and weekends well out of business hours). So much great information and advice and from everyone at anytime. The process of viewing properties (that were filtered to remove the non applicable ones for various reasons) was enjoyable until we found the right property and the advice along the way was invaluable. Within a single day the cogs were put into action and the deal done late into the evening. I can say that there is no way I could have negotiated the result and the price arrived was so much better than what I ever would have managed with the best intentions. For me the benefits of using Buyers One was that I was suddenly part of a team, they made it happen, they made it fun, I got the right property and there is peace of mind of good investment and no hidden issues , and that I got it for price that (net of One Buyer’s commission) was significant saving on what I know I would have agreed to. I would recommend One Buyers to anyone that is looking for a buyers agent. And a final note is that the service doesn’t stop after sale. They’re still helping me in the move and the changes I want to put in.

I was reluctantly persuaded by a family member to have One Buyers Agency help us find a residential property. Having purchased multiple properties over many decades I was doubtful I would benefit by using a Buyers Agent. Further ,the idea the fee would be more than recovered through superior negotiating skills was viewed with skepticism. I was wrong on both counts. While buying an ideal property at a price well below what I would have had the nerve to offer was wonderful, even more valuable was being restrained from buying a property which we would have regretted. Michael and Carli genuinely and patiently wanted us to buy the best property for us. Their ability to drill down with due diligence, was well beyond what we were capable of doing. One Buyers Agency are the most consummate professionals!! Will, Carli and Michael were an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Their knowledge, availability, care, generosity and skilled bidding saved us a fortune. They stuck to our brief, we dealt with Will for the most part and he just got us and what we wanted.
