Jono is a wizard! I had seen Jonathan’s content on social media for years now, and having finally entered the buyer’s market recently, I went straight to Jono for advice. We recently bought our first home through One Buyers Agency and couldn’t be more grateful to Jonathon, Jayden, and Marcel for their tireless support throughout the journey. I decided to use a a buyers agent after many months of trying to do it my way (alone). I had a few good options but I decided on Carli and One Buyer because of great feedback from various agents and hearing that Carli was a very good and tough negotiator. Even after the initial meeting I wasn’t certain that I was doing the right thing but there was a passion and genuineness that made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that was one great decision I made. For me the benefits of using Buyers One was that I was suddenly part of a team, they made it happen, they made it fun, I got the right property and there is peace of mind of good investment and no hidden issues , and that I got it for price that (net of One Buyer’s commission) was significant saving on what I know I would have agreed to. I would recommend One Buyers to anyone that is looking for a buyers agent. And a final note is that the service doesn’t stop after sale. They’re still helping me in the move and the changes I want to put in.
